Letbook is a record-keeping tool for landlords and their tenants. It is a notebook, not a solicitor. It shows the regulation behind each check, but it does not give legal advice, and you remain responsible for meeting your legal obligations.

• Use Letbook only for lawful record keeping about properties you manage or rent.
• Keep your sign-in secure and only invite people who should have access.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share.
• Do not upload identity documents, such as passports, driving licences or right to rent copies.
• Do not try to disrupt the service or access other people's records.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment details. Premium costs £8 a month or £80 a year, paid securely through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Manage billing on your account's billing page; your plan then moves to Free at the end of the period you have paid for.
